HOW TO USE THE VIDEO-ON-DEMAND LIBRARY
On your custom ADAPT Training App click on VIDEOS at the bottom of the screen. If the Video button isn't there you may need to log out and back into the app to get the update.

CLASSES ARE ORGANIZED BY TYPE:
- Gym Classes: the Daily fitness classes with an ADAPT-Certified Trainer "coaching" a Client through the workout with coaching cues, exercise modifications and feedback. This is designed to mirror our in-facility programming, progressions and Schedule. Simply log-in and do that day's Class to get your best results!
- Other: "Chair Break" routines to do during the middle of your day to help "get the chair out of the body"
- Interval Training: Recordings of past Cardio Efficiency Classes
- Personal Training: Recordings of past Muscular Efficiency Classes
- Yoga: Recordings of past Range Efficiency Classes
- Boot Camp: Videos from our "Shutdown Shred" program - 2 week cardio and/or sculpting program
